Paul- the man with all the answers! Paul is a graduate from McNeill HS located in Austin, Texas, and joined our Service Title family in 1999 and has been invaluable since! Paul is admired for his great organization and seemingly rare ability to remember a long list of details and the interconnected workings when it comes to the process of generating title work. If one detail on a deal changes, ie. a buyer’s name or dollar amount, he is the one to remember and will address all of the subsequent details that will also change as a result of the first! His impeccable eye for detail ensures that our title work doesn’t need to be corrected multiple times later on down the road because of details being missed or ignored.

“I get the most satisfaction from making sure things are RIGHT the first time.” Unfortunately, as Paul shares, that usually means that clients will rarely notice, as people usually only notice when something is wrong, broken, or not working correctly. After property is purchased, people only think about title insurance if they need to make a claim. If we do our job correctly, they will never need to think about us again! With Paul’s impeccable care and attention to detail, we are proud he makes that possible!
